Pretty easy to install and has worked fine over a year. But if you replace this you should also replace the rubber gaskets that holds the motor in place.

This is the same high quality part that I replaced after 70 years of use!

I give it a 2 because it comes with the set screws and it fits the shafts. The issue with this item is the springs are not reinforced like the OEM are. Possibly making them fail prematurely since the spring itself shouldn’t be in contact with other parts. I returned it and bought an OEM.

We purchased this part as a spare one to keep on hand. Its Quality appears the same as the part we found locally. It arrived as scheduled and at the price as lower. We will use this source again if needed.

Easy replacement, even with limited experience. I took the pump apart to check that the motor and impeller both worked before ordering this part. Simple fix!. Not actually as smooth a casting as the one it replaces, but that's immaterial. I also ordered a cheaper version as a back-up, hard to tell them apart.

Easy to install. My pump sounded like it was broken. This fixed it . The other one wasn’t broken but I guess the springs were worn or other if balance. No clue but replacing it worked great!

As typical, these B&G couplings, and the B&G clones are junk, a poor design perpetuated for many years. Made various solutions with 3D printed components, but those only lasted about a year. Final solution comes from a company who makes a product called Spiralink! They are a little more expensive, and slightly harder to install - bu they are silent, and guaranteed for life. Amazon sells them, here https://www.amazon.com/s?k=spiralink&ref=nb_sb_noss_1 These have been available for years and I am surprised they did not show up in recommended items. There you go. Last tie to install a coupling.
