Not sure if I was just lucky, but both sides worked for adapting the new fork. No tool included for the star nut, but luckily I already had one. Everything fits, longevity is my fear on these. But do not ride too often, so not concerned. No directions, but plenty of vids out there to walk you through. Don't forget to grease!
