Love these swatters ... they are heavy weight with a long handle, what I need to get the darn Palmetto bugs. I just ordered two more swatters to have a total of 4 located around the house. I don't really use the pick-up pocket because a smooshed bug is, well, smooshy, but I appreciate the extra weight to the swatter. After use, I swoosh the swatter around in the commode bowl with some dish soap to clean it off, let it drip dry, then return it to its assigned location in the house.

I think these are ok. Lighter weight are quicker for me to kill a fly but my husband uses these heavier ones & noncomplaibts from him. They have a lil scooper area to pick up the fly & get rid of it. Not really needed but it works.
