So the big drawback with this online ordering thing is that I had to get the two Bilstein shocks for the rear of my RV from two different A-zon vendors since none had both. One of them arrived in a few days, the other in 2 weeks. The first came with markings on the shock box that made it clear it contained the correct shock for my application. The 2nd came with the Bilstein box mashed and open on one end and no parts label. So--how do I rate the purchase(s) here, of those two identical shocks supplied by different vendors? Remember in the classic movie China Town where the Faye D character replies in tears to the Jack N. character "She's my sister, she's my daughter! - ? Yeah....that about captures it. One vendor was great and the other was lame. But...the Bilstein hocks are the best thing I've done for the ride in years.

The shocks came in good and somewhat faster than I was expecting. I think these are the first shocks that I have ever received from anywhere I have ever ordered shocks from that came fully extended. They weren't that hard to collapse, just a pain. Otherwise the ride in my motorhome greatly improved.
