two of the hanging brackets didnt line up had to cut off and weld new bracket on.One was two inches off the other six inches off.Could not diy had to take to muffler shop.

Love the Borla exhaust system. I'm ever impressed by the fit, finish, and ease of installation. Expensive in comparison to other systems out there...but I guess "you get what you pay for" mantra rings true here. The sound is amazingly perfect for this application, and all my friends wonder if a swapped an LS6 Corvette motor in for the 6.2l that's actually in there. It wakes up the low loped bruble sound muscle car guys all are after. It actually also slightly increased my fuel mileage also..however I have to resist the urge to put my foot into it to hear the sweet sound of that motor. Highly recommend...

This is not my first Borla ATAK system. I had a Mustang 302 with the ATAK system and x-pipe and it was by far the best sounding system on a Mustang, and I tried various ones including the Corsa X-treme. And there was no drone at any highway speed. I coupled this with a K&N and AirRaid CAI at different times.But with my 6.2 Silverado.... No Bueno. First the drone was unbearable with the K&N CAI I had installed so I removed it--drone decreased and I thought it would be liveable. That was until I was cruising above 70 on the interstate to and from work. I cannot stand it. The system will be coming off--I want to try an S-type or Touring but I'm scared. It's not like you can just throw these on and off and return when it is unsatisfactory.And this is with AFM (V4) disabled. It was even more obnoxious with AFM on. Very disappointed in Borla this time. The harmonic resonance (hum) is distinct and only accentuated with how quiet this truck is otherwise. And enabling or disabling the Active Noise Cancellation makes no difference to this droning problem.Do not buy unless you are fine with constant hums when going down the interstate.

All I can say is WOW!! This is just what I was looking for. Yes, it is a little loud at cold start, but once the idle kicks down it purrs.. Going down the road it barks when you get on it and when cruising it quiets down with absolutely no noticeable drone. I do have a Range AFM so it remains in 8 cyl mode.. Without it you can hear when it goes into 4 cyl mode.Unlike the last Flowmaster system I had on another truck, this one lined up perfect and it took zero effort to get the tailpipes lined up. Everything fell into place and fit perfect! They even give you a some heat shield stuff to put around brake cables which run near exhaust.. I looked up the install video on youtube and it was right on!Installed on my 2018 Centennial Edition Silverado 6.2 CC Short box. Very happy

I was really nervous about this purchase and after listening to tons of videos I pulled the trigger and bought it. All I have to say is that I was really impressed with the Borla ATAK! On cold start it is definitly loud!(nieghbors may hate it but who cares) But once it warms up and driving it has such an amazing low aggressive sound. Inside cab noise is very low on casual driving. You can still talk with blue tooth with no back ground noise to caller and stereo at 25 percent you can barley notice the exhuast in back ground with casual driving. Awesome exhaust. Very loud though, so beware that your neighbors may get annoyed when you start up your truck early in the morning or late at night. :D

This exhaust system is absolutely awesome! I installed it on my 2015 GMC Sierra Denali and it sounds great. I'm sure the neighbors don't appreciate the loud rumble at 6am every morning when I head of to work but it sure sounds great to me. I highly recommend this system as it's well worth the money. Go ahead, you won't be disappointed!
