The 140851BC Cat-Back System compatible with by BORLA is made to give you the best performance, sound and durability possible. It utilizes high quality T-304 stainless steel, superior to T-409, for durability, mandrel bent pipes for high flow, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit. The uniquely designed muffler provides the classic BORLA S-Type sound without drone. This system comes with a 5" black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tip. A system with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel is also available. And as you would expect it is covered by the BORLA Million Mile Warranty.

Great company & customer service. My 1st shipment was lost. Second shipment arrived in 2 days and borla packages amazingly well. This is my 3rd Borla cat back system for vehicles and when i upgrade I never consider anyone else.Put this on a 2020 Ram PowerWagon. Substantial increase in throttle response, looks great and the sound.... oh my. When he started it and backed out of the service bay i wqs uncontrollably grinning ear to ear. It's now like a Hellcat train! Startup on cold is like.a deep heavy diesel purr, warm idle is calm but deep & robust not obnoxious at all & no issues theu drive thru microphones. Floor it and this thing sounds like an 8000lb Hellcat on steroids. Amazing sound and feel. Response and acceleration from a standstill is so much improved its amazing what was missing.Time will tell once everything settles out and normal acceleration returns as the norm (lol) but even getting into it repeatedly burning thru fuel on the short ride back from the shop i experienced a .3mpg increase. Really excited to see what it provides over the long haul.This is how the 6.4L HEMI should sound & perform from the factory.

Received this exhaust setup for my 2024 Ram Power Wagon today and couldn’t wait to install it. So I jumped right in! The fitment was pretty good. Had an issue getting the piece that connects to the muffler as it seemed slightly out of round but took an adjustable wrench and tweaked it a little and it went right on.The sounds is great at idle. Just a nice little rumble but when you hit the gas, it sounds even better! Cruising at highway speed is quiet if you want it to be.All in all I recommend this exhaust for your power wagon or any 2500 Ram.

304 stainless construction and very high quality bends and weld. The muffler is approximately the same size as stock. However, it appears to have an integrated resonator inside. The perforations in the 3.5" main tube inside the muffler are pretty small, so the exhaust note is low and authoritative. It's not so loud to get you in trouble with the cops. You can hear it from inside the cab with the windows up, but it DOES NOT DRONE.SOTP performance improved considerably on the top end. I need to work on the intake next.Get one of the hanger tools, especially if you have a newer vehicle whose rubber hangers are still pretty firm. The tool is much easier than a channel lock pliers. Lowering the spare tire and removing its heat shield helps with removal of the factorytailpipe.The Borla pipes fit together perfectly. The instructions say to leave the clamps snug while you adjust the fitment, then tighten them dow. To 30-35 ft-lbs. Do that and you'll have a great fit and no leaks.This is my second Borla. The other is still going strong at 25 years. Looking forward to years of great service from this one.

I've owned many trucks and I have installed cat back exhaust systems on nearly every one. I find Borla systems to be the best! The quality is always excellent and they always seem to fit well without modifications. I replaced the stock system (that sounded like a tractor) on my 2023 Ram 2500 Hemi and what a difference. The only thing I would say is, if you live in a crowed neighborhood or an apartment complex and you leave for work early, your neighbors may not like you very much. This system is quite loud!! The sound is not objectionable in the cab, though.
