Although first lamp cap purchased was lovely, it was too small. Called to return and exchange. Vendor was patient, kind, helpful, and with detailed instructions on what to do and how to do it. Returned first, money promptly refunded, and the larger size WAS reordered and arrived in a flash. Would definitely buy again from ANTIQUE LAMP SUPPLY!

I can only share my experience. The item was not as described. It says 5" in the description.I received two flat washers, barely 1 1/2 inches. The only accurate part was the color.I'm returning it!

This piece was just what I needed for a project.Since the edge of the cover is slightly rounded, I used a pair of pliers to gently revise the bend, making the cover fit perfectly on a lamp-to-be. The cap is a good quality and was shipped in a small sturdy box (rather than an envelope). Very content with the item.
