We started making bread using a bread machine, so thought this slicer would be perfect for cutting even slices. Alas, this slicer is not the answer for bread machine size loaves.While the slicer is made of bamboo and visually seems to be good quality, the bread machine size will only fit into the device top/bottom (side to side is too wide or too narrow). Additionally, our standard bread knife is not long enough to properly fit the full width of the sizers to properly cut the bread. The knife is long enough if the wide is adjusted to the narrow width.
