I was pleased to see the replacement display screen shipped the same day as I ordered it and the delivery time was only 2 days (south east coast shipment to northeast USA).The replacement screen was protected reasonably well for shipment and the package was appropriately marked as fragile. No issues with the replacement, but the box did include an insert with their tech support line had I had trouble.Thank you to the seller for a great product and turnaround time. I'm very relieved to have my laptop back up and running.
