Sent me a tracking number for replacement but never even shipped it. Never got to postal service and after a week dead pixels. Bad quality and service. Stating they cant verify the item is theirs. Clearly marked on box.

I was a bit intimidated but was pretty sure I could do this. It wasn't as bad as I thought it might be and it worked first try. I watched a youtube video and worked on it just as the video said. The tape is different than what came out of the lid behind the screen but it works. Hope I don't ever have to replace it again. I would recommend this screen. I did plug the laptop into a exterior monitor first to make sure it was the screen and not something else. After that, I was confident that I should order the screen and replace it myself.

Hp 15-ef0025wmPerfect fit, plug and dimensions were dead on!Matte finish compared to the glossy one that came stock. (I prefer matte anyway, so big win!)Delivery was very timely as well!
