The ad indicates that this is a replacement for our HP Pavilion gaming laptop. Although it functions, the viewing angles are atrocious. This is obviously NOT a replacement for our laptop and should not have been marketed as such.

Really happy was quality of screen may even be better then the factory one that came on my laptop just wish I would have ordered fresh mounting tape and shortly after installing my hands brackets came loose from the back no fault of the screen just wish I would have known

I own a computer repair shop and order several screens a year. After installing this screen, 6 weeks later the customer returned because the laptop was flickering and not displaying properly. The Amazon return window had passed but Amazon offered to contact the seller and let them know I needed warranty support through them. I never heard back from the seller after that. I will not be purchasing any more screens from Brightfocal due to their lack of support. So keep in mind you are on your own after the 30 day Amazon return window.
