The part does not fit perfectly and required some minor fitting. Overall it will do the job. There is a 1/4" gap at the top of the fixture.UPDATE: After about a week this product kept coming loose and I had to readjust it repeatedly. I would not recommend this product.

I have a 2005 Toyota Sequoia and believe it or not somebody stole this side light from it while parked at work. I purchased this and it fits perfect! I appreciate it.
