Greetings!
First of all, thank you very much for your trust and support to Skyouths Canvases for Painting. Thank you for choosing to buy our products from one of the many sellers.
We are writing this letter because we have received letters from 3 buyers that the size of the canvas does not match the description of the product, the unit in the description is inch, but the frame size received is cm.
After receiving the feedback one after another, the sales staff immediately checked on the 4th of October and eventually found that it was indeed our description of the units that was inaccurate. After discovering the error, we immediately corrected the units of the frame size.
We are very sorry about this and we would very much like to make up for the customer's loss, but as the platform does not support sellers to contact customers, we can only wait anxiously for this group of customers to write to us in the hope that we can make up for their loss.
In addition, we have criticised the staff member who wrote the product description, as her husband died in a car accident half a month ago and she has a lovely 8-month-old daughter. She is usually very conscientious and responsible and probably wrote the wrong unit because of the emotional turmoil caused by this major trauma. So we did not have the heart to dismiss this employee and only gave her a verbal criticism. We hope that you can forgive her for this mistake and give us another chance to continue to provide you with satisfactory products and services.
Please rest assured that we have corrected the size unit on the 4th of October and the product descriptions are now absolutely correct, in order to meet the needs of different buyers, we have expressed both inch and centimetre, please check if the size is what you need before placing your order. If you feel any dissatisfaction with the item after receiving it, you can send us a letter through the platform and we will reply to your letter within 1 day.

The description says these are 40x30’’, 30x20’’, 20x15". The use of the quotation marks is typically the symbol for inches. They are definitely not these dimensions and I assume they actually may be those numbers in centimeters. If the details mentioned this then it's my bad but I find the miscommunication in the description frustrating. I will keep them because I can always use canvases but now I know why a 40 inch by 30 inch canvas was so cheap. It's much smaller than that.

These are nice canvases, and great for me to practice painting on, as I am somewhat of a beginner when it comes to painting. I like the variety in sizes, and I appreciate the accessories that they came with. I am pleased with them and would recommend them.

I like these canvases and appreciate the addition of masking tape too. These are nice for paint or collages and it's great they don't need another frame. You can just put them up. Packaging was clever with the smaller frames inside the larger and everything arrived in perfect condition.

My teenager has started taking art classes at a studio and so I got these for her to practice on, outside of class. They seem to be doing the trick. She is obviously an amateur but she finds them to be of a similar quality to the ones that are provided by the art school, and so, she's happy.

I love this bundle! You get 6 canvases, tape, and a little paint palette. This would be great for a beginner or a general hobbyist. The canvas is not a tight stretch that a pro would expect, but these are not professional canvases. These are perfect for general use. The tape is a nice addition for those of us that are abstract artists as well! The frames are solid wood, and they are thick so I don't expect any warping to occur. The primer coating is smooth and even, and without flaws. I would recommend these!
