I am using this bit for 3d rough cutting in wood with my CNC router. This size of bit allows me to remove a lot of material per pass. I can get the wood close to size quickly with this bit and then use a very small tapered ball nosed bit to finish the details. So I am happy with this bit and expect it to last a long time.

This Ball End Bit works great. I am using a mini-mill and This bit has lasted so far. I use it on hardened steel and also aluminum. IT cuts aluminum like butter and for the price, I would recommend to anybody with a mini mill machine. The Depth of Cut is also great.
