Worked fine right out of the box and cured an engine stumble I otherwise couldn't track down. Straight forward install, timing adjustment was very minor.

Works great, it kinda worries me about how light it is, feels a little cheaply made! But its working! When I got it, the vacuum advance arm was bent and took me while to relize what was going on, but once I got it moving like it was supposed to and not binding up, the ole jeep is purring again!

I was building a performance distributor for a jeep cj5 using the stockdistributor as the base. This new distributor cost $ 5.00 more than therebuilt one! NEW reluctor,signal pickup, oil pump drive,advance mechanism,and more! I customized the advance and distributor cap. It came with a newcap, but I couldn't use it for my purpose. It's installed now and performs well.As an added bonus, it operates quieter than my rebuilt one.
