To address the issue of this Bluetooth device not connecting to my computer as expected, the seller provides a link to a 3rd party application that handles large file transfers, the use of which grants that 3rd party company rights to collect those files transferred in it's use according to the company's Terms of Service Agreement. A Bluetooth device should not require use of a separate, externally owned application that reserves the rights to my data to connect to my computer. Native Bluetooth software on the computer and device alone should be sufficient for this device to work. The transfer of a simple listing of frequencies and the file management software that information is contained in, between a computer and radio, using 9600 baud rate, is not much more demanding than say audio information from a Bluetooth device to a compatible headset. This device appears to be nothing more than a 3rd party data collection device. No thanks. Refund please.

I have tried every way I can think of to pair and connect with Windows 10 and Android, as well as a Raspberry Pi 4b. Nothing. This product does exactly nothing.

I was skeptical about purchasing this but decided to give it a try. Not only does it work great with my Yaesu857d but it also works using the CAT pass through of my tuner. A great addition to my "Go Box" I'm really happy that I bought this.
