I cant comment on effectiveness of working as its a gift and hasnt been given yet, but I assume there will be no issues once a battery is installed. However, the quality of it I can comment on, and I am impressed. Its is heavier than I expected, which is good, it is well made, looks classy and is sturdy. It is going to be a great gift and I am sure the persons I am giving it to will really like it.It arrived quickly and well packed. Very happy with it thank you

I've had thus clock bought for me last year for our Anniversary. It stopped working 2 weeks ago. I didn't want to disappoint my son so I bought this one to replace it. Hopefully thus will last longer than 1 year.
