Unless you look closely at the main photo, it sure looks like the mixing blade is a lot bigger than it really is. And the shaft is way too short for a tall person like me to be using. Returning and buying a different brand.

If all you are doing is mixing thin mortar, thinset, or grout this would be a fine unit and a great value for the money.However, it is way underpowered for concrete. I tried to mix Rapid-Set mortar mix with the flow control added, which makes the mixture much thinner than concrete, and it really could barely mix things together, and that only with a lot of effort on my part. Definitely would not buy for concrete, but probably OK for thinner mixtures as mentioned above.

Used it to mix concrete for kitchen countertops. 13 bags, one at a time…worked well, got a little warm, but no issues.
