I've been using the Chef'n PalmBrush (in red) for years and years! I tried other brands, but nothing else comes close. As you can see in the photos, I had to replace the red one. I also tried the Chef'n PalmBrush Vegetable Brush, 3.5" x 3" x 1.5", which is shaped like an avocado, but I didn't like the feel. Finally, the square Chef'n PalmBrush was back in stock. I wish I could choose the color, but oh well. I use this for washing all fruits and vegetables, but mainly potatoes. My finger fits perfectly, and it is small enough to hold in my hand. It has a great grip. Absolutely worth the price! Would recommend.

I love this palm sized brush to scrub and clean dirt from carrots, beets, citrus, ect. The brush is not so stiff that it scrubs the skin off or blemishes the produce. Rinses easily and dries quickly.

This brush is easy to store and use to wash/scrub vegetables, fruits and sometimes the kitchen sink surface.

Ordered the purple, got a blue. The brush works good independent of the color.

This first paragraph is not about the product. I could find no other place on the Amazon web site to write this: It seems that the delivery person noted that the package was handed directly to a resident. That is not true. The package WAS delivered according to my instructions, but it was not handed to me, nor did the delivery person ring the doorbell. I do not know why s/he said that they had handed the package directly to a person. They didn't.As for the Chef'n brush, I have had many of these and have loved them. There is one at every sink in my house, but the kitchen one had really gotten pretty grotty and needed replacing. It looks like these brushes aren't being made anymore, at least not in the same square-ish format as in the past, and I'm glad I was able to get this one. The bristles on this one are not as firm/stiff as are those of its predecessors, but they'll do okay.

It replaced one of the same brand and style that lasted well for many years.

When we ordered it, the color available was arugula (green?), the one in the picture was purple and when it showed up it was blue. It works well though!

Not as bulky as i thought which for me is great. I have mild arthritis in my hands so found this lovely little spud scrubber really easy and most importantly, very comfortable to use. The middle finger goes into the ring part and scrub away. So easy. I've used the palm brush for carrots and spuds and they came up nice and clean. You can't be too careful with pesticides and who knows what on our veg these days. The colour is not my favourite but it stands out and is easy to find in a cutlery drawer full of stainless steel. The bristles seem very hardy and are not too rough that they scrub veg to bits-literally like steel wool as my previous veg scrubber did. I thought i would also miss having a handle on the brush but honestly, this little gem of a veg scrubber/palm brush is lots better and, because of the unique way the brush is held, my hand didn't ache nor did i drop it. I'm going to buy one for my mum whose hands are far worse than mine but i know will get lots of use out of it.

This is a great little brush that can be used to clean most vegetables! The style of brush is different than the typical brush which one holds with the hand, because a finger (usually the middle) is inserted through the hole to get a firmer grip and better strength to scrub the vegetable. The bristles are also pretty good quality, lasts long!

When my mother was diagnosed with cancer almost two years ago, she received plenty of cautions regarding her diet. One of the most strenuous warnings concerned eating fresh produce. She can eat anything that is peeled with less worry, but anything else must be avoided or scrubbed well with a vegetable brush.None of the women in my family used vegetable brushes when cooking, and I learned from them how to wash produce by hand. We were as thorough as possible, but a vegetable brush seems a good idea for anyone, not just people with weakened immune systems like my mother.I bought a long-handled vegetable brush from my local grocery store and it did pretty well for a while. After a few months of use, however, the bristles began falling out. Since using the cheaper brush showed me that I really liked it, I decided to invest in a better one that wouldn't fall apart so easily.I found the Chef'n PalmBrush at Amazon's website and was intrigued by the design. Rather than the long handle, this one fits in the palm of your hand and secures with a ring to slip over a finger. What I liked about this design is that you feel like you have more control over the brush with it in the palm of your hand. When this one wears out, I will definitely get another that fits the same way.The bristles are firm, but not so much that the tear or bruise the produce. It feels much more durable than my old brush, and has done well in the dishwasher so far. Every time I use the vegetable brush, I wash it either by hand or by running it through the dishwasher to keep it sanitized.I highly recommend a vegetable brush to anyone who cooks at home, and I especially recommend the Chef'n PalmBrush.
