I had never clayed a car before. I bought a used vehicle and wanted to clay it before I polished and waxed it. It did not have heavy contamination, so I decided to try the mitt instead of actual clay bar. I was surprised that there were actually two mitts in the package. I was sure to keep the car surface wet and not to go in circular motions. Greatly cuts down on time than using actual clay bar. Car shined up well without swirl marks.

It is ok. I don't know if it is because it is a medium grade, but did not get off all contaminants off the surface.

While these might be great I don’t really know as I have no idea how to use them. I tried using the black side with some water on my car to remove some sap and I only made sappy smears on the paint. Not helpful. I assume the black part is the part I’m supposed to use as the other side looks like microfiber material, but again I have no idea due to the lack of instructions. I had set aside an hour to clean my car and couldn’t look anything up online as I was without my phone so I focused a lot more on the interior of the car. If I find instructions somewhere online I might try these again and if I’m amazingly blown away I will come back and update.

This clay mit works awesome! I’ve always used traditional clay bar before and I figured I would give this mit a try. My neighbors must think I’m crazy because I said “WOW” out loud to myself about 10 times as I was washing and claying my truck. Never going back to a traditional clay again

As a detailing business owner, this clay mitt works extremely well. I use it to remove poly foam that they spray on roofs and it contaminated numerous vehicles in the parking lot so I purchased six of the just to see if it would work and thank goodness they did! The clay side has better tread or grip compared to some of the other brands that I've used in the past. These really grab a hold of the contaminants and pull it out of the paint work. Will they remove everything 100% like a clay bar, no. But, these things do an amazing job for light to medium contamination. Especially if you want to do a wash and clay at the same time to speed up the process, these are a dead on perfect fit for that.
