Loved the first one I purchased last year. Purchased a second this year and got a used one with scratches. Returned it for a replacement and got another used one with scratches. Since I need the product, I gave up and just kept the last one. I hope the scratched one ends up working for a long time.

So the things that bother me about this is 1. It is missing the USB C charge cable so that was disappointing to have something missing from the box. 2. When it is setting on top of your monitor it is just a little front heavy so its not real secure and really depends on the weight of the USB cable on it to help pull it back.3. Ok, this might just be the OCD in me but when it is mounted to the top of you monitor it is tilted down on the right side just a little so having it right at the top of the straight edge of your monitor it is very noticeable. Otherwise it works I like having the light that it produces and does a good job at that.

The USB powered monitor light bar is legit perfect for my set-up. I almost jumped in on buying one of those expensive key lights. Glad I didn't. So far, the lights work great! I just hope they last a long time; I have purchased some lights previously to where the LEDs start to flicker and then go out. I really like the tap power on the bar and not one of those in-line switched that end up being unreachable. The knobs on the sides that allow easy color temperature and brightness adjustments makes this light bar so satisfying to use. I need to order 3 more now since I have dual monitor set-ups for home and office. If you are a streamer, this works great as a key light since the angle of the light is adjustable as well. I am well-lit for my camera on Zoom and OBS.

I don't frequently write reviews, but I wanted to chime in that Computer Monitor LED Light Bars are useful. I've been dealing with glare on my external computer monitor for a long time and the glare makes it difficult to read what's on the computer monitor screen at times, especially when I'm looking at the monitor from an angle. I've tried repositioning a nearby desk lamp over and over and it didn't really help. On a whim, I purchased this LED light bar to see if it would help. The glare is gone and I do think it has helped reduce eye strain. This specific LED light bar is solid and well-built, as other reviewers have written. It's made of aluminum and it sits well on top of my external computer monitor. If the extra 20% coupon is still being offered, I think it is well worth getting.

Produit excellent en tout points, il s'adapte parfaitement a mon écran (incurvé) de la marque Samsung. Ses différents modes permettent d'adapter la luminosité par rapport aux besoins oscillant entre le orange jusqu'au blanc bleu en passant par un blanc naturel top. Il ne fait pas de reflets sur l'écran et n'éclaire que le clavier et pas les yeux. Parfait pour jouer dans la nuit et en prime les webcams tiennent dessus. Je recommande !

So I'm in a pretty good position to review this monitor bar. I bought this one, and another cheaper one costing around £30 which were both on offer. I wanted to see which one was best in terms of fit, quality, lighting, ease of use etc.Out of the box the cheaper one actually felt more premium with a heavier feel and more matte black and full aluminum finish. Although to be clear the finish and build on this one, although lighter, also feels premium.The other was around £15 cheaper. Similar shape and design. That's where the similarities stop. You maybe can't see from the two images. One is from this light, the other from the cheaper one. The best way I can describe the difference, other than the clear brightness difference, with this one getting up much brighter, is...The cheaper product seemed to beam light down and gave the feel of a normal light shining down. This one is more expensive, however, I think that might be due to the type of LED's or the way they are designed. The light is more concentrated. Kind of like a more focused 'sheet' of light shining exactly where you need it most. Another distinct difference I picked up on. I was able to use this light on its own when viewing a bright white screen in the dark and didn't feel my eyes strain. With the other, no matter how bright I put it, my eyes still strained. I also noticed that I only needed half the brightness I did with the other light to get the same effect and even less eye strain.Other things to note. A very cool and intuitive automatic light sensor which is very useful. One extra colour mode is available and genuinely do think I will use all 4.I maybe would have liked to see more than 4 levels of brightness. But that's minor. Will I use more than 4? Not so sure.Conclusion: Yes this one is a little more expensive than the other cheaper models. Which one will I pick out of the two purchased? This product came in a clear winner, mainly due to the way the light is emitted/dispersed. Making this monitor lamp a very useful purchase indeed. I can work with very little to no light anywhere else in the room without eye strain. Making this light well worth the extra few bucks!

Easy to install. Unobtrusive. Plugs right into a USB port on my screen. 3 types of color light, 3 levels of manual dimming and an auto dimming feature you can choose to use to automatically adjust the light as the room darkens or gets brighter. Makes a huge difference on my desk. Especially with a sit/stand desk... the light goes with you no matter the height, and no adjustmwnt needed. No extra cords. Brilliant. So glad I bought these 2 to go over my 2 monitors for work. The light is on the paperwork, not on the screen nor in my eyes. Thank you for this product. Honestly, it was more than I was thinking of spending, but I'm so glad I did and it is worth it. 👍😁

Computer monitor light this is very super bright but also lightweight I use it all the time on my computer monitor so I can see my keyboard when I’m trying to work at night without having to turn all the lights on this is super bright and works perfect highly recommended

Update: I’m still thoroughly impressed with the ORIGINAL lights in the below description. However, this new model not at all! It is shorter than the original one that I love so much, not nearly as bright as the original one that I love so much if I wasn’t so tired of the back-and-forth with the first bait and switch, Amazon tried to pull I would return it! Giving this new model a 2 star. Difficult to brighten, and not bright enough! Picture 1 is the new model… Picture 2 is the original that I love so much :(I wish they would bring back the original model. ——-8/23 I so love this original bar: So glad I got these. I initially ordered one loved it so much I turned around and ordered another one! Illuminates the keyboard and desk area so well I don’t need to turn on the bright light overhead!

Where has this been? This little light is a gamechanger! I have always struggled with not enough light or shadows on my desk. This light is almost perfect! Only "issue" I have, my mistake, didn't realize my computer was too thick so can not clip it on, but using the "weighted" mount and it works, just not as secure. Hasn't fallen off or even wobbled so it really is a non-issue. Lights my desk area without screen reflection, like the changable colored light, only used the dimable one time and not really necessary at this point, but its there if I do need it. All around well worth it!
