Pack of 5 Continental Race 28 700x20-25 S42 Presta Valve 42mm Bicycle Tubes & 2 Continental Tire Lever. The Continental quality road inner tube is a must have cycling essential for 700c bike wheels.

This new ContiTube hose program makes it even easier to find the optimum hose for your needs. The very clear and user-friendly hose system was perfectly adapted in size, design, valve type and length to the respective tire sizes and applications.

Shorter valve inner tubes are ideal for wheels with rim depths of 24mm or 30mm but are not ideal for wheels with rim depths of 40mm or above (as the shorter valve would not extend out of the rim valve hole).

Presta valve tubes are most commonly used for road wheels (700c) and on a few MTB wheels as the valves are thin, whereas Schrader valves are more commanly found on MTB wheels as valve is larger and won't fit through 700c rim valve holes.

Not great about punctures. I imagine if I didn’t need to use sealant due to the crappy roads where I ride, I would find these tubes better, as they do seem a bit lighter than brandless ones.

May cost a little more, but lasts wayyyyy longer than the competition. Durability and toughness is important, especially when your safety is dependent upon a 1" piece of rubber.

Continental tubes are excellent quality. I see negative reviews but a tube is a tube. I have been cycling on the road for years and have never had a problem with one. The biggest problem is not with the tube but with fine radial tire wire that is common on streets. It arrives via blown tires or sever wear of car tires. The solution! Install tire liners of your choice I have them in my Trek Madone and now rarely have a flat, I just changed tires and two strands of wire were sticking out of the tire side of the liner! Without the liner it would have been two flats, also many tire brands have flat resistant tires some are called “plus” tires they work! Remember when you have a flat carefully inspect the tire for debris before the new tube install when I read you got a second flat you left debris in the tire don’t blame the tube for that.

I am an avid cyclist, mostly road cycling which means that every so often you get a flat and as long as I'm prepared I should have a spare inner tube in my cycling jersey backpocket. I have used pretty much every type of inner tube, both in material and brands. This continental brand inner tube are excellent, they last a really long time and also include tire levers to be able to change the inner tube or even remove your bike tire when the time comes to replace those as well. The reason why I like this particular pack is that it includes enough inner tubes so you don't buy too many, unless you have a ton of storage, which I don't. Secondly, I think you are getting excellent value from this product because of the price and quality. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for reliable and durable inner tubes.

These are good quality road bike tubes. Buying them in bulk was a great idea for anyone who rides a lot. Great thing was they were in stock, most of the local bike shops in my area are usally out of stock for this tube size.

Worst tire change in 200,000 miles of riding. Worse than the times a sharp rock & nail both ripped out 1.5" of sidewall of the tire.I carry three tubes and two different inflators. Had to fix a flat 30 miles from home. The core on a new Continental tube came out and stuck in the first inflator that uses untreaded CO2 cartridges. Two tire levels broke trying to change tubes. Kind of desperate after 30 minutes. Thinking about having to call friends that won't be up for 2 hours. Finally managed to install different manuf tube and inflate with backup threaded CO2 cartridge inflator just as a motorist offered me a ride. Another flat on the way home would have been a killer.Nothing in the main product description or box indicates the cores are removable. That's why I bought these. After the worst tire change ever, manage to find they are removable buried in the description. Statements that the cores are tight enough are clearly wrong. The snippy response to the question of why anyone would make removal cores on a presta tire aren't helping anyone. So now I'm looking at using superglue or Loctite to glue the core in on brank new tubes and carrying a third tire lever (plus quick-change levers as another backup).Probably no complaints with quality of rubber, but not the least impressed with removable core.To the person responding that this was not a question. It wasn't a question. The valve design is terrible.

I was little worried as I red the bad reviews also, used 4 by now, they're ok, over 7-8 days periods are losing about 15 psi which is normal , valves are working ok so for me personally worked well
