Installation note: To ensure proper function and output, please ensure that the bulb is fully and securely seated in the headlamp assembly, then lock it in place using the factory locking system. If the bulb is not fully seated, you may see diminished output. Remove and re-seat the bulb if you experience this. The wire harness connector may need more force to insert, but will fit the factory harness.

Exact replacement for HID bulbs in my 2016 Silverado. Did not have to replace the ballast or do anything at all besides plug-in play I think these are the only LED conversion kits on the market. They are awesome super easy easy.

2017 Silverado 1500 z71fit and function perfectly! A lot brighter than OEM, be prepared to get flashed, everyone seems to think I have my brights on until they get hit with the high beams! Overall great value, awesome product. Bright White color, lifespan unknown but hopefully they last as long as the factory ones, OEM lasted 130k miles

These things are awesome. Stupid bright. Installed them on a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT… night and day difference from stock. Be prepared to fight like hell with the new ones to get in there, if your truck has a lot of miles on it and the bulbs have never been touched it’s a pain to get em fitted in right. Once you do their insane… have people flashing me left and right on low beam. But yeah they plug up with the original plug and click right in and work great. Great product for the price, anyone with a 2014-2018 Silverado knows how crappy the factory headlights are, this changes that. Also took a little Diode and wired up my fog lights to my high beams so the fog lights stay on with the high beams. That combined with these bulbs is insane, brighter than my dad’s 23 f150 tremor. Would recommend to anyone. Bright white color.

Better than company installed HID setup. High beam and law beam are accurate. Easy to install in any D5S housing. Just plug and play. Wide light coverage and perfect white light. Extremely happy with the installed units. Not sure about its life but hopping for the good longevity. Higly recommend.

It’s Chevys fault why they could be difficult to install (unless you have tiny hands) but these work great and are much brighter than the original ones by a big name brand. And they have lifetime warranty?!

Quality seems to be very good. I had an oem bulb burn out, looking like a defect in the glass tube. Used 1 of these LED bulbs to replace it, saving the other for later. The fit was perfect, taking about 5 minutes to remove and replace the old bulb. The only reason it took this long is purely due to the design of the SUV, and it’s hard for me to get my large hands into the space, and wanting to be careful. Anyway, the bulb is a bit brighter than the original bulbs, and shines a clearer pure white. It functions the same as the OEM bulbs, and was a simple swap, with no modifications or rewiring required. OEM bulbs each cost about this pair of LEDs, so the value for the quality and quantity is outstanding.

Brightness is definitely better but I would have preferred the casing to be a bit more housing friendly regarding the cooling vents on the bulbs and the prongs on the housings

I'll start by saying that I couldn't wait to have my own set of HIDs because I love the chromatic aberration they create in the housings. However, they come with their share of issues. The factory bulbs lack brightness, and due to the design, HID lights flicker on bumps and general road unevenness, breaking the arc that creates the light. HIDs were letdowns that I didn't know about until I owned them. These LEDs outmatch them in every way.Initial impressions of the GenXenon bulbs are great — boasting excellent build quality and a fantastic price. Unquestionably bright white, but not so bright that I thought everyone was going to flash me. The fan is quieter than I imagined too, very quiet. Very little heat is given off, and there's no UV. The installation was simple; the hardest part was connecting it because I couldn't fish more wire out of the housing. Another issue was reseating the airbox grommets, but as far as shade tree mechanics go, this was nothing. No need to take the sight shield off for the passenger side or the brace. Just take the airbox out and the rear headlight cover. The driver's side is too easy if you don't have a battery.I'm happy with my purchase, and I hope they last. If something happens, I will update!
