I've been running the new Mojave Grom for a couple weeks now. The original tires are holding up pretty well, but it's a gravel and concrete basher, so the shoes are going to wear out. These have a similar tread pattern as the originals. They are slightly smaller by a few mm, not much. I love when I can get a full set and not have to swap tires over. These went onto the MG with just a little coaxing, but nothing more than the usual. The originals do have one small advantage over these. Where the axle nut mates to the wheel face, the originals have a texture that is felt when putting the nut on. It also look like it's meant to help keep the nut from backing off during use. The faces of these are just smooth, so I plan to check that they are tight after every run to make sure they aren't coming loose. I don't foresee an issue since not every new RC has this ribbing, but these brushless RC's are putting a lot of torque out to the wheels, so better safe than sorry.
