These product listings are often wrong, whether it's the wording or the ad photos. Getting the dimensions, weight, colors, or accessories right seems to be an unimportant afterthought. Sometimes the listings contradict themselves.The heading for this tool shows it comes with a 1-pack 2.0Ah battery, but further in the detail it shows that it comes with a 2-pack 2.0Ah battery. I ordered the tool figuring it would come with just one battery, and I was right.The ratchet reversing lever is small and stiff, which makes it difficult to use. The action is not smooth as you would expect with a drill for example. It's more like a quick, rotary-clawing action. It's okay for light use around the house, but nothing beyond that.The charging connector is on the end of the battery itself, so it MUST be fully removed from the tool to charge it with the supplied wall-brick charger. At the time of this review, I could not find any information for buying a spare battery.

This handy “hoseless” battery powered 3/8 inch cordless ratchet is worth every penny to the shade tree mechanic. No compressor to worry about. Nearly the same size and lighter than my professional air ratchet. The ratchet head is the same size as a hand ratchet. It is solid and has a smooth action. The reversing switch is easy and natural. Speed is moderate and does not compare to the professional air ratchet. This is squarely aimed at hobby and homeowner use. I dislike the non-standard battery and the extra slow charging of that battery. I also am not sure how oil and coolant resistant the unit is, the motor is vented and the battery compartment is not sealed. But for tasks that are not that messy this is an amazing tool for all assembly projects.

Wow cheap and very good. Great power good battery life strong very functional and fast better than other ones I have bought. Works well for the money. Used it to drill out a hard to reach spark plug hole too.

I only used this ratchet wrench a few times. It works just fine. The battery is the same kind as the one in my angle grinder. This one is truly variable speed unlike one I ordered (and returned) from Amazon before.
