Dell serial number was not even on the machine. Should have a disclaimer that there is 3rd party parts in the machine. Would not recommend.

This computer is amazing. The size, layout, quality…everything is perfect. I’d used a 5420 rugged before. This one much lighter, has the number keyboard and is durable. I was concerned about the screen maximum brightness but it’s perfect. Running software and day to day tasks are effortless. Love it!

I just started using it and for a NOC engineer as myself it work really good, great performance and size is just the right one, I pair it up with a docking station and it works really good.
