Desert Cactus flags are an officially licensed product, and have been approved by the College/University. Our flags are made of 100% polyester material to allow it to gracefully wave in the wind, as well as display the design in vibrant colors. One side of the flag features the printing as displayed in the images, while the other side features the design in reverse.
Flags feature two metal grommets at the edge of the flag, making it easy to put on a tailgating flag pole or hang up to display.
Our flags measure 3 feet tall by 5 feet wide.
Each flag features quadruple stitching edges and a canvas edge where the grommets are, for longer durability.

Purchased flag on April 26. It is now May 30 and today I noticed that the stitching is not holding as you’ll see in the picture. Maybe consider other options from a different company.

This Wisconsin 3x5 flag is 100% Polyester and extremely thin.The graphics are great, color is rich, but as far as being made for indoor/outdoor I don't think I would hang this flag outside for long. With how thin it is I don't think it would hold up well in most elements.If you are just going to put it outside for a few hours on game day it should hold up with ease, but again would not leave out all day or hang up on a flag pole but still would put it on my porch under cover.This is best suited for being hung up in your rec room or if your man has a man cave.It is a great standard full size flag. It would also be great for taking to a game to wave around.Everything on the flag is great other than being too thin.We would still recommend this overall.

This is a really nice flag for indoor use. The fabric is fairly light and slightly sheer, but the colors are spot on and the printing is nice and crisp. Two grommets, one on each side of the left edge allow for handing it on a wall, ceiling or from a flag pole. It looks really nice hanging from a wall or ceiling and would make a great display piece for a dorm or game room. I wouldn't say it's nice enough for professional settingsGiven that it's made of polyester weave, I'm not sure how well it would hold up to being outdoor in the wind. Added to that, it's one sided with the backside reading backwards. It's pretty clearly made for indoor display use only.Overall, I'm quite pleased with it. It looks great on my wall.

The builders of my house inexplicably gave my son's room an enormous walk-in closet. However, we keep all of the kids' clothes in a closet on the first floor, so it just sits there mostly empty.For my son's birthday, we decided to turn his bedroom closet into a "boy cave", as he's getting to the age where he enjoys solitude with a book or video game. We added a bean bag chair, a number of sports pennants, some Pokémon decorations, and 2 Badgers flags to complete the decorating (he and I both love all of our WI sports teams).These flags are well made, and would hold up quite well outside. Our house came with a flag pole, but it got ugly and I tore it down. I kinda regret it, because I can't fly this or my other Wisconsin sports team flags on game days.

TLDR: If you don’t know the censored word, you’re not a real BadgerI’m a Snowbird and live in a city that seems to be 1/3 transplanted Badger fans. The bartenders here even know that a real Old Fashioned is made with brandy and includes sugar. So showing Badger pride is a must. I mean, otherwise I’d have to root for something called a “wildcat”.So on to the flag. It’s 3’x5’ which, as it turns out is rather large. Almost as tall as my wife (she’s a shorty). The colors are great with no bleed. Stitching is quite good and should hold up to a lot of abuse. The fabric is 100d, which is pretty thin but lightweight. You can see through it when held up to the light, more so than what you see in the picture of the hottie on their product page. If you look closely at my picture you can see just a bit of light on the right side where it is backlit, and nothing on the left where it isn’t.Desert Cactus is based out of Illinois, and the company sells lots of licensed products for sports teams, fraternities and sororities, and other neat things. They have a good story and are worth supporting, as opposed to random foreign companies selling unlicensed goods at a discount.IMHO this is a 5 star product. Pricing is competitive for a licensed product and the quality is great. While I should have preferred a slightly heavier fabric, it’s not worth deducting a star. Recommended.
