  • Mounting options - strategically located 3/4-inch diameter post holes for mounting and clamping any shape project
  • Pipe saddles - two V-shaped, toothed notches hold pipes and other stock for cutting and welding

  • Grounding stud - conveniently located grounding stud for connecting grounding clamps and leads

Take your welding to the next level by making it easier than ever to clamp down even the most unruly and awkwardly shaped projects securely in place with this portable DEWALT adjustable height welding sawhorse. This heavy-duty steel welding accessory features a 36-inch wide x 3-inch deep surface with strategically located 3/4-inch diameter holes to provide an array of mounting and clamping points to suit any size project. In addition, two V-shaped and serrated notches provide an ideal place to secure round stock and pipe for welding and cutting. The folding legs are independently adjustable for a sawhorse height of 25 to 33-inches with 1-inch adjustment increments. To prevent collapse under heavy loads, the legs each feature not one but two locking systems to provide maximum stability and an impressive 1,100-pound evenly distributed load capacity. Fold-out material supports on the legs bring added storage for metal stock, bars, and tubes to keep them off the ground and within easy reach. For added versatility, a dedicated grounding stud provides a place for ground clamps and leads to connect that won't get in the way and a tool holding ring makes a safe place to set welding guns and electrodes between uses. When the welds are done, the sawhorse conveniently folds down into a tight, compact unit with a heavy-duty handle making it easy to transport on to the next job.

Bought for my husband and was missing a grounding stud and a locking pin. To much trouble in sending them back so he made it work. Otherwise very pleased and good and sturdy.

Love how easy these are to set up and move around, they aren't too heavy and are just amazingly strong, they don't wobble or budge at all. Ultimately I chose not to keep them for a few reason (I bought 2). You really need 2 for them to be useable for a welding table which is what I wanted so I had planned to buy a piece of 3/16 and reinforce with some angle iron on the sides and middle to set up as a table but decided to go with an actual table instead, the Lincoln table which is taller and sets up quickly but is heavier. The Lincoln table isn't as strong (500lb limit) or sturdy (it wobbles a bit) but it's better for a welding table if you don't want to have to use multiple pieces. For small jobs one would work ok, but they are a bit on the short side, I would need a stool to sit at using them as a table. If they made one of the pipe notches on both ends a good fit for a 2x4 and / or a bit taller I would have kept them but putting a 2x4 in them they sit taller than the top of the horse by over an inch and a table top would swale in the middle. The pipe notches on the sides are great for cutting if you are using solo but with a 2x4 fit also, these would be the best folding carpentry / multi use horses on the market. With a revised design with those 2 changes, I would not have bought the Lincoln table and kept these. They are very well built and a very nice design.

This has nice features, appears to be very sturdy and reasonably portable. My only major complaint is the height. They’re laughably short. At their maximum height they seem child size, and I’m only 5’ 8”. I can’t see how someone taller than me would want to stand hunched over these to work. I won’t return them as the additional features offset this issue, just be aware of this shortcoming:-).

This one costs more than your regular work horse, but it is very stable, can be used for welding and has a notch to hold pipe.
