I got several of these to take out junk, plants, algae, whatever when cleaning a tank or changing a filter. Great to have a bunch of them so you don't have to rinse them one at a time and go back and forth. Just get them, you'll be happy.

This catches the tiniest particles that are released when I change filters. This net is for scooping fish and shrimp but I use it for removal of debris. Works well. I wish it had a deeper net area but it’s fine like it is. Easy to clean and inexpensive.

I use the nets every day to skim muck off my bird bath. I like that I don't have to dump the water out and the Nets are reversible. What I mean is you could use it on either side and Gunk does not get stuck in it. just tap it and it's ready to go would recommend!
