I think these disposable plastic socks can be handy. They are a bit big and really thin, but that’s doesn’t bother me. I’ve been to Alaska and someone told me if you put plastic bags over your socks in your boots, it keeps in the heat and keeps your feet warm. If I had these disposable plastic socks, it would have been so much easier than using regular plastic bags. Also, sometimes at work, I may be given shoes to wear and I don’t like the thought of using shoes other people have sweated in, these disposable plastic socks would have been handy then. Because once that happened to me, where I had to use these cowboy boots and they made my feet smell and the smell transferred to my shoes I wore after the boots. It was terrible. These plastic socks are good for keeping feet warm and to keep sanitary when using other shoes/boots that other people have worn, like maybe bowling shoes/ice skates/wardrobe boots etc. I’ll be glad to have these on hand for any of those situations.

First, the plastic bootie does NOT fit properly over the foot. It is not wide enough at the ball of the foot.Second, the seam runs right down the center of the plastic, and the first time you set foot on the floor, *R•R*R-RIP!*Third, it is very thin and not at all durable, it stretches and tears very easily.DO NOT BUY!

I rate these disposable shoe covers as 5 stars because, though so simple, they were a time saver during my travels as it made things so much easier getting through areas where I needed to remove my shoes. They were too small to fit over my shoes, so I wore them over my socks and then put my shoes on. When it came time to remove my shoes, I didn't have to struggle to put them on and, it was just a matter of removing them and then putting my shoes back on after I cleared security. They are easy to travel with and wear, so I have no complaints.
