My 2000 Toyota Camry LE wiper suddenly stopped while I'm about to backup my driveway to go out and run errands and .. it was raining that time. Drive back inside garage, pop up the hood and removed the passenger and driver side wiper arm with blades, then the cowl to get access to the wiper motor and linkage assembly. Tried turning on the wiper again but there is no movement happening on the linkage arms and motor just makes humming sound. Removed 5 bolts holding the assembly for a more thorough inspection and found out the linkage arm on the driver side is stuck right on the bushing portion. Pry open the linkage in the middle while the motor connects both arm (both bushings on middle ok) still couldn't move or wiggle the arm linkage connected to the pivot bushing for the the driver side. Pry open and pieces of the existing linkage bushing just scatter everywhere together with the grease. The plastic bushing somehow got broken into pieces jamming and preventing the pivot from turning left and right to move the wiper arm. Ordered this replacement bushing with Amazon vehicle fitment confirming this FITS my vehicle. I tried by all means to get this bushing in to the slot of the linkage arm and attempted to force it in using a vise and a socket all 3 bushings snapped and split into 2. The lip diameter of the bushing is just too big to accommodate the slot where its supposed to go.As you can see from the photos i have provided, the bushing sits on top of the linkage hole wherein its supposed to go at least halfway and just force it to snap in using a vise to lock into its final groove. But to my disappointment, it cant and it wont. It will however but the bushing will crack or worse, the linkage will be bent or even damaged. Two photos shows the other side of the linkage that goes in the middle connected to the motor (that's OEM) and it does not look like a UFO lol.Called Amazon regarding my situation and they have agreed to refund without sending the item back - 5 STARS to AMAZON CS!!Overall, this bushing did not fit my wiper arm linkage. Perhaps my wiper motor assembly is different from other Toyota Camry variant/models.

Dorman # 49448 - 1st pic, This one just fit Suzuki Kizashi, after warming it up several times, (even in boiling water), bushings are v hard, and not easily malleable, v hard to install, so softening w/heat, helps, but still tight, hard to push in, ... after many tries, much pressure, ... wasted a few, before finally getting it in !, (3rd pic is original bushing separated and upside down ).4*'s bec it is not their fault, they are not fully compatible,..TO Seller: do u have slightly bigger ?My car needs a bigger one - does the seller or mfr have a slightly bigger one, Tx
