Received the windshield wiper assembly broken. All I wanted was a replacement but was unable to get it. Only option I was given was an exchange for something else that I didn’t need and would have to ship the broken one back by UPS which is an hour and a half drive away. I call bs.

Perfect fit for my 2002 Dodge Ram 2500. A bit of a struggle to get the old wiper arms off but once they were removed and the plastic cowl taken off, 4 bolts took out the old assembly and an easy install of the new. My 20 year old wiper motor quit in a rainstorm and I decided to buy the whole assembly. Glad I did. This one works great. I highly recommend.
