Got it fast . It is a factory type fit. Well packaged . Replaced it on my equinox in under 30 minutes. Works great . Tools needed. Wiper arm puller. 13mm socket 10mm socket 12mm socked small strait screwdriver. Plastic push rivet pry bar.

Not factory oem but has new replaceable bushings. Factory fit. Did notice the new version has replaceable bushings which is an add plus since the version I had was not able to replace the bushings which ultimately was the reason for buying. Glad to see somethings are replaceable

Part received is a newer Chinese design and not what is pictured . Not nearly the quality of the original . Does the job but the linkage is very sloppy which causes the wipers to not always return to the bottom when turned off. Brought this up with the Dorman Helpline and received no help. Surprised Dorman woul sell an inferior replacement like this .

Works great! Ruined our windshield wipers when I left them "on" and it snowed several inches over night and I turned my car on and they tried to wipe off all the snow on my front window with no success.....my husband had to replace / repair himself. Quick/Easy/Painless.

This item is a factory replacement, but it is not the same as the original. The part that the wiper attaches to is way shorter than the original. Had to make modifications to use, since the wiper arm was scraping the windshield. Very disappointing.
