Straightforward job, watch YouTube. Linkage has motor arm attached. Compare positions old and new after motor shuts off in parked position before disconnecting motor (two Torx screws) from old linkage. Install arm to motor in same alignment, then re-install assembly in cowl area. Operate motor w/out wiper arms first to confirm parked positions - mark a drive spindle with a crayon or spot of paint - b/c making a mistake could jam wiper arms into the cowl or off the glass with possible damage. Not really difficult, the motor arm is supposed to point toward and align with the linkage rod going to the driver's side. It's just that it is possible to rotate the motor shaft by hand while tightening the arm/nut and put the motor and arm out of proper alignment. Possible, but not likely if done carefully.

Good product, works like a charm. The unit was missing the rubber boots that are supposed to be on the wiper shafts as well as one missing bolt. Aside from that the unit works great and was a simple install.

US supplier won’t ship to Canada and Toyota estimated 10 weeks to deliver the part. (Kinda important to have windshield wipers during a Canadian winter.) Canadian supplier was more expensive than the US supplier but their shipping was FAST! Part works well. Absolutely no complaints - I’d buy from this company again.

This looks to be better than the OEM from a toyota Tacoma one it replaced. The bushing looked to be easily replacable and the whipe arm bushing have removable clips to add grease if needed.
