This is for the passenger side. It's a perfect replacement for the old unit. I think it should come with new hardware. My unit was missing the bottom bolts. Ace had exactly what I needed.

Double check compatibility. The frame did not fit our 2006 Ridgeline as it said it would. We had to use the frame from our original part. Price was good. Timely delivery
