Could have fit a lot better. I had to grind away extra casting material to make room to install a spark plug. See first two photos and the last one shows the results. Otherwise seems like they will work fine.

The included heat shields need some modification in order to line up properly. The heat shield is so bad that there isn't enough clearance for a spark plug socket to get into cylinder #5. You'll have to start this plug by hand and then force the socket over it, hopefully bending the shield enough to get clearance.I bought the matching pair of these manifolds and the bolt/stud kit for for the outlet on each side contains different size threads. They're metric and one size is 1mm larger diameter than the other! Try finding M9 nuts at your hardware store! Why should I need to buy more nuts? Long story, but one side came with flanged style nuts that push against the springs nicely... the other side came with standard nuts where you must supply your own washers or the nuts will sink into the center of the springs. After waiting 24 hours for a tech from the company to call me back, their response was "oh yeah, we don't know why the hardware doesn't match"... absolutely no help whatsoever; you're on your own here.

These are horrible. Where to start.... The studs for flange. 1 set screwed in easily,... but too easily and started to strip just trying to snug them up (I was using a 1/4" drive so I wasn't cranking em down). The other side was so hard to screw in the tips sheared off 1/4" before there were flush. I decided I can still use them. I install them and the heat shield is my next problem as they don't conform to the manifold.. BLOCKING THE SPARK PLUG HOLES. (DRIVER'S SIDE. THE PASSENGER SIDE DIDN'T EVEN COME WITH HEAT SHIELDS BUT I KEPT MY OLD ONES) WELL TOMORROW I'LL BE FIGURING OUT WHAT TO DO ABOUT THE HEAT SHIELD THAT DOESN'T FIT ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE, PROBABLY WILL HAVE TO UNINSTALL, REMOVE, WRAP WITH FIBERGLASS & REINSTALL. THESE ARE JUNK. BEWARE OF DORMAN PRODUCTS, THEY HAVE GONE DOWNHILL OVER THE YEARS AND THIS IS NOT A PLEASANT SITUATION. (1995 GMC JIMMY 4.3L) ANOTHER BAD CASTING AND INFERIOR HARDWARE!!!
