I got this for the 04 Nissan Quest minivan I was working on that had a large crack & was leaking exhaust. I DID have to drill & enlarge the holes on the bottom (6 bolts) where it connects to the catalytic converter for it to bolt up. Way to much time spent on modifying it to bolt to the catalytic converter. I don't know why they don't have bolt pattern dimensions more exact, but I made it work.
