It came with clear instructions and didn’t take forever to put together, which I appreciated. Once set up, it felt really solid—none of that shaky or cheap feeling some chairs have. The backrest is firmly in place, and the steel plate behind it clearly adds some serious support. You can feel it hold your weight when you lean back. The cushion is on another level too. It’s got springs under the foam, so it feels more like a soft couch seat than a stiff office chair. You can tell it’s designed to spread your weight out better. I can sit in this thing for hours without getting sore or stiff. The footrest slides out easily and actually supports my legs without feeling flimsy.

The cushion actually reminds me of sitting on a small couch — it’s not stiff or overly soft, just right. You can really feel the little springs doing their job. I work from home and play a bit of PC games too, so having a chair that feels this comfy for hours is a real bonus. The footrest pops out smoothly and gives me a chance to lean back a bit when I’m watching something. The fabric is soft but also doesn’t trap heat. I haven’t had to deal with that sweaty back feeling like some fake leather chairs give me.

Started out unsure but became obsessed with this chair. On days when I work from home, the adjustable massaging feature helps my tight lower back; the ergonomic design corrected my slouching propensity. My size 12 feet fits the footrest, and the 200lb+ capacity is accurate—I weigh 230 lbs with no wobble. Pink cloth conceals crumbs rather surprisingly well. For perfect neck support, the head pillow can be taken apart. Best change I made to my gaming setup!

I really love my new Office Chair. When I first got it, I was really excited because it came with clear instructions. It didn’t take long to put it together, which made me happy because I don’t like things that are too hard to build. The chair felt really solid once it was set up. The backrest was in the perfect spot, and the steel plate behind it showed that it was made to last. I could tell it was made to hold my weight even when I leaned back. What I really liked was the cushion. The cushion has springs under the foam, so it felt more like sitting on a soft couch instead of a office chair. It is designed to spread out your weight better, so I can sit in it for a long time. I even play PC games long time on this chair sometimes and it is super comfy.
