This toddler drum set is absolutely perfect for budding musicians! My 3-year-old has been obsessed with making noise since he could grab a toy, and this drum set has been a fantastic outlet for his energy and creativity. It's the ideal size for him, and the wooden construction is surprisingly sturdy. I was worried it might be flimsy, but it's held up remarkably well to some enthusiastic drumming! The set includes everything a little drummer needs: a bass drum, a snare drum, a tom-tom, a cymbal, and drumsticks. The sound quality is surprisingly good for a toy drum set β not too loud or obnoxious, but just right for little ears. It's a great way to introduce children to rhythm and music. What I love most is that it's not just a toy; it's an educational tool. It helps with hand-eye coordination, motor skills, and even cognitive development. My son is learning to keep a beat and is developing a sense of rhythm, all while having a blast. It's also a great way to encourage self-expression and creativity.Assembly was quick and easy, and the drum set looks adorable in his playroom. It's a beautiful and well-made instrument that's perfect for little hands. It's also easy to wipe clean, which is a huge plus. This toddler drum set has been a wonderful addition to our home. It's a high-quality, educational, and fun toy that my son absolutely loves. It would make a fantastic birthday or Christmas gift for any young child. I highly recommend it!

I got this cute little set for my 2 yr old nephew and I do think it is adorable and he is having a blast I already think it seems too small for his age. I would direct this toward babies who are "sitting" without support and then maybe up to 1.5. When he is sitting his lap is already too high to sit under the table of this and he is small for his age. In the description it is directed to kids up to 5... I would not recommend for ages 3 and up.

With an almost 1 year old in a couple of weeks, he's wanting to bang on things and enjoys music a lot, so I thought this would be a good introduction to musical instruments that weren't plastic and over the top in design. I don't expect t him to remember playing drums or anything when he's older from this period, but it's a good hand eye coordination development, as well as just a good learning tool. When an image for a product exaggerates the actual product size, even if they give the dimensions in other images, I instantly lose a little trust in the product and the company. Misleading the consumer is a big thing for me, no matter how small the mislead is. The drum set is pretty small, but ok for a 1-year-old. Make sure you read the description before assuming the size in the main photo is what you are getting. It's a nice quality wood and each component is made well, other than the actual tone and sound they make. I'm not a music teacher but I've played a few instruments over the years, and this reminds me of my first guitar. It was a used basic guitar that couldn't carry a tune if it was professionally adjusted 2 seconds beforehand. The problem was you could try to just pick strings or play a chord, but it was so off-putting after a few seconds that it ruined the drive to learn. Obviously, a 1-year-old is not in that same situation with this, but it sounds more along the lines of banging on pots, pans, and a corrugated box compared to a drum set. The xylophone is decent, but like the others, not what I'd expect out of something you'd consider a drum set for learning.I think if the cymbal was improved and maybe the xylophone, it would be better, at least for us. The two drums are ok for just making noise, but without building an actual kit, I don't think there could be too much improvement, outside going to a plastic top and enclosing the bottom, to give it a real drum sound.Overall, it's ok. Our 1-year-old lost interest within a few minutes and only went back to it once over the last couple of weeks, which is not normal. I wish he'd play with it more and if I start, maybe he'll join, but I think I'll get a mini drum kit instead that is more along the lines of what a real one is and let him grow into that.

Toddler drum set, mainly made of wood and metal;Easy to assemble, including 2 drums, 2 drumsticks, 1 cymbal, 1 wooden sound block; It is small and more suitable for children under one year old;The small wood on the side of the drum will fall off, so be careful not to let your child eat it.

I gave this little drum-set to my twin granddaughters for their first birthday. It was a hit! Dad played with it first lol!The set is all wood except for the metal cymbal and very well made. Itβs just the right size to play with and not take up much floor space.
