General knowledge of the screws and anchors kit
1. Split and expansion really give that extra amount of holding power. All the anchors will split down the side when you install the screw into them so they partially expand inside their hole, strengthening their grip even more than if they didn't expand.
2. Do not overtighten, or that would stress the joint and reduce the weight rating.
3. A simple and effective way to test whether the anchors are made of nylon plastic(which are more expensive, more difficult machining process, higher quality and longer lasting) is to drop the anchors in water, the nylon will sink to the bottom, and the other cheap plastic will float on the surface of the water.
Precautions for installation and use
a. These are the standard drywall screw-style anchors. They will hold great in any drywall, but the thicker the drywall, the better the holding ability.
b. you should pre-drill hole when needing to use this type of anchor for accuracy or producing less dust, - which should be no need normally, will not tear the flange off from its base.
c.These anchors are not small either, so they will leave a larger hole when removed.
d. After screwing it in, anchors will split down the side, (that is normal a normal situation, not the anchors are broken) the innovative splitting function activates, expanding the teeth into the drywall for a sturdy mounting point.
The self screw drywall anchors set just make life easier and having a labeled reinforced box on hand keeping all components organized and saving you a trip to the hardware store every time you want to hang something.

These literally just fall apart. My brother was helping me install some shelves and one broke and I was like “dude, are you kidding me. How did you break that?!” So I went and got another one out of the box and it cracked in my hand. We honestly laughed about it but wow, don’t buy these please.

I bought this cause every time I need to hang something while flipping a house.iwould have to run to the store. What I like about them is after the cheap anchor that comes with anything don't buy into drywall or the feel lose. I just put one of these anchors on the impact drill and screw it in slowly and once it is seated in the drywall put the screw in and screw down what needs to be hung listed for pop sound and you know you are good.

This kit will save many trips to town. A trip to the closest town for purchasing drywall anchors takes close to a hour. Wall anchors at the local lumberyard are sold individually. I normally buy extras but not at that price. This kit was a wise choice. I recommend it!
