But I need two. For the work I do, I need 2 external monitors in addition to my laptop screen itself. This is where this product shines: it allows me to use my USB-C port for an HDMI display. It's only video but that's exactly what I need. And it don't get any easier, just plug it in to the USB-C then plug your HDMI cable into it and your monitor is ready to display. Very good.

I got this in place of the usual USBC to HDMI pigtail adapter. The only problem is that it gets too wide to have any adjacent adapters plugged into adjacent USBC ports..or anything for that matter. But when you have the room, this saves having a pigtail hanging out the side of your computer, plus the HDMI cable. Works fine, hooked up with no issues. Just make sure your computer supports adding another monitor via the USBC port.

Notably, this is wireless by virtue of literally not having a cable. It is a direct HDMI female socket and male USB C connector. It does not transfer data via Bluetooth or WiFi. It will not function with Pixel phones; this is not the fault of this product, but rather the lack of HDMI out on the phone itself. As a converter for devices that do support HDMI out, it functions exactly as intended.

I ordered this adapter so I could connect my phone to my projector to stream my videos through the HDMI port and it works flawlessly and seems of a good quality.If you're looking for a way to hook your HDMI cable to a USB-C port, then this adapter is just what you need.

I'm constantly frustrated with computers that come without any form of video output. This adapter is small and does the job well. Perfect picture. I'm going to keep this in my computer bag so I don't get caught without a video output again!

The EDUP USB-C to HDMI adapter works great with my Samsung S22, it is basically plug-and-play. The cellphone instantly recognized the connection to the TV HDMI port, and it sent the signal to the TV. The picture was excellent, a good buy.

This seems to be sturdy and yet small so I'll give it 4 stars for that. I unfortunately was unaware that my phone doesn't support DP Alt mode so I can't really test this out, but that is not the fault of the device. I am looking for a new phone soon so I'll update my review as soon as possible.

I am pleased with the performance of this EDUP brand USB-C to HDMI adapter. I decided to set up an extended display for my Mac Mini M1. I have been using the Mac's HDMI port for the main display so I needed to use a thunderbolt port for the extended display. And to do that I needed this adapter. I plugged everything in and it works!To be clear, I have the little bitty adapter with a male USB-C plug and female HDMI port.I have been using the extended display setup (with this adapter) for four days now with no problems. And I appreciate the small size - I have enough of a rat's nest behind my Mac without adding more confusion.I think it rates three stars for doing its job at least as well as expected plus another star for the compact size.
