The first one I bought for my partner was a decent enough, inexpensive gaming chair that has worked relatively well, other than the plugs coming off and the arms getting lose.The second one, which I bought for my son, completely broke within 3 months. Both arms broke off, and the center pole broke. And now the company refuses to honor its warranty. They claim "they do not deal with issues from Amazon" even though it's not an Amazon issue; the return window closed long ago. And they told me to "send your feedback to the seller", even though they ARE the seller listed on Amazon as well. Now, my son has no chair to sit at his desk with, and we have a nearly $200 piece of junk that we wasted money on.
