I've had this product for less than a year, it stopped creeping, we made all the troubleshooting recommended adjustments, it worked for a couple of weeks...more troubleshooting. It seems we spend more time troubleshooting than it functions properly. Save your pennies and buy a better product.

i just received my pool cleaner last week and finally got a chance to put it to gat4 of the tubes came a part where they were glided in i am hoping that this company will replace it I didn't even get a chance to put it in the pool yet. truly disappointed
