How-To Pump Hands-Free
Built-in Pumping Bra
Unclasp the nursing clasps and lower outer layer to reveal the built-in hands free pumping bra.
Insert From The Side
Insert the flange in from the side opening and move the flange directly over the breast.
This allows you to position the flange to your unique breast shape and nipple location.
Holds Hands-Free
When the flange is directly over the nipple and in a comfortable position, place all three layers over the flange to securely pump hands-free.
Nurse and Pump
To nurse, pull top of the built in bra down to reveal the nipple.
When ready to pump and nurse, follow pumping instructions to easily pump on one side and nurse on the other.

I tried both this, "Essential" and the "Classic" version of the tank (rounded neckline vs this V-neck). I really wanted to like this tank - there are no other pumping/nursing combo tanks that are also supportive. I needed a tank I could wear to work in the winter that I could pump in without hassle and that I can nurse baby in before I left for work and after I returned. I like the thickness of the material and functionally the tanks does what it is designed for. What I don't care for is the fit. I ended up with the XS but also tried the S. Both are very wide in the body (too wide for me), all while really tight (too tight, about a B/C cup) in the bra portion. Rumina needs to make a version that is slimmer in the body (a true XS) and adequate in the bra (34D/F). I only kept this tank because there is no other combo tank out there (except for the Dairy Fairy tank which has no support), but I don't really like it.

Great for going back to work. I can pump while still being able to work on my computer. My only complaint is the band in the center is a little tight in comparison to the rest of the cami. I would size up just to be safe. I wish it was more form fitting around the midsection. I really don’t need any extra bulk around my stomach postpartum.

I was looking for this tank top concept, but the tanks do not stay closed even when I've made sure they made that "snapping sound" for security. The part where it holds the locking snap has come undone twice already for me, requiring it to be sewed together. And most least feature of this top is that it is a hassle having to go through all the layers when inserting the pump flanges. I know privacy is wanted, but does it have to be so complicated just to find the damn nipple hole?! Come on. Not convenient when in a hurry to get pumping especially while on the road. It becomes tricky to take out the flanges too, needing to be careful of no spilling or tipping the bottles

Great concept but not comfortable fit, needs to be redesigned with less fabric, more like the bras which I love! Recommend buying the bras and getting a plain tank to wear over, I returned this tank.
