The Flat filter fully integrated in the suction head ensures the full volume is utilized: this means that the Gross and net container volumes are virtually identical. The vacuum works great. Better suction for woodworking projects than a shop vac. The auto on function is a game changer. My biggest complaint is the plastic clamp that holds the body down on the bucket broke on day one. It still works fine but for a $1000 product i expected higher quality.

I recently bought and used it with the RG130.Works as advertised and very impressive with the performance.The only con is the price ,but well worth it of you require to minimize dust as you work

I was thinking of buying a cheaper dust extractor for my planex 2. The awesome warranty Festool has is worth the extra money. Like all Festool products it works beyond my expectations.

Would recommend.Amazing for use with Planex, does not come with Green covered hose as shown. Comes with black anti static hose especially designed for use with Planex and large quantities fine dust extraction without having to stop working. This thing is a powerhouse.

Best vacuum what I have, perfect suction power best on the market, came with a long, heavy duty but soft cumbersome hose with is nice stored in top.

Festool products are expensive and worth every cent you pay for them. You get what you pay for and with Festool you get a lot. This machine vacuums 90%+ of the dust generated from the operation of their power tools as advertised. With the right hose connection it even works with the power tools of other manufacturers but without the automatic feature of Festool's products.

Sometimes 1 picture better than any words.On picture I posted same AC vacuum which I bough about 6-7 years ago and new one which I just ordered. Despite of the high price I bought it again. Tons of compound and at least hundred ceilings popcorn removal projects went through this vacuum. I believe 6-7 years is a great lifetime for such horse-working tool. Highly recommend.
