I got this board to learn more about ESP32 I/O and how the Flipper Zero works. If you are into security, or even just fun DIY gadgets like the ESP32, you've probably heard about the Wifi Marauder. It is basically a module that allows you to do several actions or collect information about a wifi network, including spoofing a ton of fake SSIDs in an area. I don't have one yet (but I am planning to get one shortly), but thought this would be a good way to learn about the devboards. This board has USB connectivity in addition to USB, which is great for a hobbyist. Just messing around so far, everything works as expected. As I have time to get deeper into it, I will update this review if anything goes amiss. I think as long as you know what you are getting into, and you know how to look up pinouts and such online, this is a nice value, and a fun project.

Cool wifi module for the Flipper Zero... NOT the Flipper itself. The title can throw you off a little! However, it connects cleanly and smoothly to the Flipper Zero! Very useful for testing network vulnerabilities and enhance security over wifi. I do not mess with the Flipper Zero because you can be tempted to go over to the dark side! LOL! By the Marauder firmware already being installed, I was able to dip straight into "testing".All-in-all, a good deal and very pleased!

Super sensitive. It picks up wifi from places over a block away. I’m sure results will vary and line of sight clearances make all the difference.

White hat hacking is what is considered Ethical Hacking and is needed to test systems vulnerabilities and other aspects so the system can be properly secured. While Amazon unfortunately does not allow the Flipper to be sold due to the fact it can capture some Credit card info, the info really can not be manipulated, while unfortunate devices like this Wifi board are beneficial in helping determine system info/weakness.For me I use it to scan Wifi's and I determined one of my extenders was still using an SSID I had stop using probably a year ago. I could not understand why it kept popping up in various devices as a valid SSID.So several different ways to use this device appropriately. Just make sure some of the features are done either on your own system, or you have permission to use the device on the system.

Excellent exact clone of the OEM dev board with what appear to be the exact same components. The Maurader firmware works great, and so far it has held up nicely. As others have mentioned, ESP32 is OK, but newer variants are indeed more useful long term. For someone just diving into the fun and crazy stuff you can do with a flipper, this is a great first step. I do recommend you get a case for it to reduce strain on the pins or just be sure to remove it vs storing it together.

This is not the Flipper Zero itself—just the Wi-Fi devboard add-on, which is easy to miss if you're skimming the listing. That said, if you already own a Flipper, this board adds some serious wireless capability in a small, well-integrated package. The board came with Marauder firmware pre-installed, which booted right up once connected. It pairs easily with the Flipper through the GPIO header, and the build quality was better than expected—no soldering required, solid header alignment, and a clean finish on the board itself.Marauder gives access to several wireless tools like SSID spoofing, deauthentication, and general Wi-Fi monitoring. These are intended for educational or controlled testing environments, and they’re easy to use from the simple interface. The range isn’t amazing, but it’s enough for most close-proximity testing. One thing to keep in mind: the ESP32-S2 chipset used here is a great fit for this type of tool, but it’s not as fast or power-efficient as newer variants. Still, for passive scans or learning how different attacks function, it’s more than capable. The board doesn’t come with documentation, but there are enough online resources to walk through setup and usage. You’ll want to update Marauder periodically, and that can take a little technical confidence, but it’s manageable if you’ve already made it this far into Flipper mods.Overall, a fun and useful addition to the Flipper Zero ecosystem—but only if you know what you're getting. If you're new to all this, double-check that you already own the Flipper itself before buying.

Honestly looks a lot better than the original green dev board but this exceeded my expectations! 10/10

It is what it says it is. It seems to be an exact copy of the official Flipper wifi dev board with the same components, just with Marauder firmware already installed. But it seemed to be older Marauder firmware, which means you'll have to update it anyway, which is no easier than with the official Flipper board. So this one is not really any better or worse than the official Flipper board.
