Excellent product, easy installation & a great sound. Exactly what I was looking for on my Silverado. Cost a little more than I wanted to spend, but if it lasts a long time, it’ll be worth it.

Sounds awesome but if you going to list as stainless steel exhaust let you know stainless steel a magnet will not stick to and this exhaust it does so faults advertising on

Everything fit well only thing the clamps did have to be retightened a few times but I’ve had it installed over a year now and I’m over all happy with it

I have used the 40 series on multiple Chevy trucks and my Camaro so this system was my first choice for my 2013 Silverado 5.3 extended cab. Very easy to install. The old exhaust came out in one piece with no cutting. The new system was easy to assemble and the clamps work great (I know some reviewers had difficulty getting them to hold tight enough but they are good and snug with a 3/8 impact gun). Didn't even have to jack the truck up. My only complaint was the tips that come with it are way too long. I wanted to use the strait back setup, but the tips stuck out 8" past the rear bumper and looked ridiculous. I ended up using the side setup for now. I may be able to trim the rear pipes back so the tips can go under the truck more, but didn't want to try cutting anything yet. Sounds good, may be a little louder inside than I wanted for a daily driver though.

Very pleased with product. Also installed a K & N cold air kit. Love the sound and am averaging 16 mpg while travelling 80+ mph on the turnpike. Not sure what would get for mileage if I drove 60...........Product gets an A+ rating.

Purchased this kit with some trepidation, as Amazon's site said it would NOT fit my Chevy truck, but Flowmaster's site and customer service department said it WOULD. Kit was ordered to replace the existing exhaust system, which was rusting out due to too much road salt.When Flowmaster advertises this kit as COMPLETE, they MEAN IT. It contains everything you need. I took the kit to a local installer who was recommended, and he could not believe how well-thought-out the package was. All I had to pay for was the labor - there was NO additional fabrication required.As a side note, the sound is slightly louder than the previous system, which used a Flowmaster muffler. It also seems to be a lower pitch, which may be because the pipes are larger in diameter.
