These are fairly simple to install and the fit is good. However, the claim that "no modifications necessary" is not true. Rest assured, my Ryker did not come with holes in place to install this mod. You must drill holes into your bike to bolt these on. If you don't own a drill, that presents a bit of a challenge - hence the 4 stars. Otherwise happy with their appearance.
