This was a direct bolt in. It works perfectly.For the price which is considerably cheaper than oem replacement I wonder about the longevity and how it will compare. But it's a good fit! Considering a u joint at the local parts store was half the price of this whole unit. And I am on a budget I am pleased!

Easy install, slightly thicker than the one in the truck tolerances were a little tight when I put the nut on couldn't truly torque the nut since I couldn't turn the tire but after a week it works great
