1. Clean the location of the installation with rubbing alcohol before proceeding.
2. Please ensure that the product completely fits before proceeding with installation.
3. Remove the high strength double-sided adhesive from the back of the plate. In the case of a relatively low temperature, heat installation location, and plate with a hair dryer or a heat gun on low setting.
4. Carefully place the product in desired location and press down for about 1-2 minutes
5. The installation is complete.

Adhesion was terrible. Some didn’t really fit. Didn’t last thru the carwash. Additional adhesion definitely needed.

I was going to try another means to black out my chrome grill inserts, but wanted to try these first. I'm glad I did. Very easy to install. They only go on one way, so align correctly before pushing them onto the car. The adhesive is very sticky. I've been through heavy rain and a car wash in the last week and adhesion os fine. Very happy with this purchase.

These were great for the most part. I covered my chrome colored plastic stock grille with these carbon fiber design plastic grille inserts. I used a plastic trim adhesive / glue in addition to the 3M tape. I do this on any pieces I had to my vehicles for added adhesion. The only problem I encountered is a few of the pieces didn't want to shape to the original grille 100%. I solved this by setting up some things against it to push against the pieces while they dried. I'd say 5/7 pieces fit perfectly and I stuck them on and they were fine. But the other two were a hassle. If I would have known this, I may have bought two sets and picked the best 7 pieces to apply to my Jeep. My rating would be 4.5/5. Just because of that issue. I have yet to see what happens to them over time or in the weather. Looks great so far enough.
